- Rights, financial obligations, and transaction contracts: All legal rights, obligations, contracts, deposit agreements, sales contracts, and transactions signed prior to September 16, 2026, under the former legal entity name shall remain fully valid and continue to be executed by THINH HUNG REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
Starting from September 16, 2026, THINH HUNG REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY will officially use the new enterprise name in all transactional activities, legal documents, invoice issuance, contract execution, and procedures related to the Hong Hac City project.
